CLUBS can support their players by having policies and procedures in place to ensure a safe environment for player development and growth as an athlete and as a person.
PLAYERS enjoy a safe environment to train and play with opportunities to be seen and progress through the Ontario Player Pathway to the Talented Pathway. The Talented Pathway can lead to Provincial, National, College/University and Professional opportunities.
COACHES receive standardized NCCP age-appropriate certifications. They have access to Safe Sport training (Respect in Sport, Make Ethical Decisions and Making Headway in Soccer), police checks, coaching licenses, education courses and mentorship opportunities.
MATCH OFFICIALS receive standardized training and must meet certain standards including fitness tests to progress to higher levels. Ongoing education, assessment, and mentorship opportunities are available to assist match officials in staying current on the Laws of the Game.
COMPETITIONS ACCESS - local, district, regional and provincial leagues in the Ontario Player Pathway. Access to regional, provincial and national championships and sanctioned tournaments.
